2. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Intellectual Property Rights and Protection

All content and materials on this Site—including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, text, images, packaging designs, recipes, photographs, product names, logos, videos, graphics, icons, audio, and code—are the property of Los Altos Food Products, LLC, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by United States and international laws governing intellectual property, including but not limited to the Lanham Act, the Copyright Act of 1976, the Patent Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and all applicable federal and state trade secret and unfair competition laws.

This includes, without limitation:

Registered and unregistered trademarks (®/™), service marks, and trade names registered or pending registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Trade dress, including the distinctive look and feel of product packaging, labeling, product configuration, and marketing. Copyrighted material protected under U.S. Copyright Office standards, including original recipes, marketing copy, photographs, and multimedia. Patentable processes or inventions, whether published, filed, or granted under the USPTO. Confidential or proprietary information, including trade secrets and know-how used in our food manufacturing and branding operations.

Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content without prior written permission from Los Altos Food Products, LLC, except as permitted under applicable fair use provisions.

B. IP Enforcement and Injunctive Relief

You acknowledge that any unauthorized use or infringement of Los Altos Food Products, LLC’s intellectual property may cause immediate and irreparable harm that cannot be fully remedied by monetary damages alone.
